Being a college student is not easy as many college students hope to earn a degree and while achieving it they face many problems. After students begin their college journey they often face obstacles which might take down their confidence and self esteem as well as their hopes and dreams.

The most common kinds of problems students face are related to Financial trouble, Stress, Roommates, Lack of clarity and Depression.

  1. Financial troubles of students

Money is a sensitive topic, and one that's on just about everyone's mind regularly. And that's especially true for college students getting through higher education means constantly thinking, worrying and stressing about how to afford it.

 Many students are worried about having enough money to pay for school, while half are concerned about paying their monthly expenses.

Many at times college students are not comfortable with each other's routine and it may disturb the 2 or more roommates. Students living with roommates must establish and respect each other's boundaries, as well as discuss expectations.

College students often get confused by what field to choose, carreer, academic goals, navigating relationships, making friends, and making important life decisions. This lack of clarity can lead to stress, anxiety, and a sense of uncertainty about the future.

 It's essential for universities to provide support systems, including academic advising, counseling services, and mentorship programs, to help students overcome these challenges and thrive during their college years.

Health is a common problem many college students face and also a very serious one. As we all know that no food can be compared to home food. College canteens don't follow proper hygiene and therefore it causes health issues.

College campuses are crawling with germs and viruses. This is because students often live in close quarters, attend more social events and may have many others in their classes.

These were some of the problems college students face. However, following a healthy lifestyle can take care of several issues that college students face. This includes, eating well and on time, sound sleep, hydration, meaningful connections with friends/ family, taking mini breaks, and having time management.
